Borbala Samu

Graduated in Italian and in French Language and Literature, with specialisation in Language Teaching at the University of Budapest in 2001.

In 2004 she obtained PhD degree in Linguistics at the University of Manchester (UK) and in 2007 a Master degree in Teaching Italian to non Native Speakers at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.

From 1999-2001 she taught Italian and French in Hungarian grammar schools, from 2002- 2004 Hungarian in the UK and from 2005-2006 Italian at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

From 2007 she works as teaching collaborator in Historical Romance Linguistics at the Perugia University and collaborates as tutor and teacher at the Master course in Teaching Italian to non Native Speakers at the Unistrapg. Her main fields of research are morphological, syntactic and semantic change.
